The “System Support Concepts for Defence Systems” course develops the capability to design and manage system support solutions. It is intended for organisations that work directly or indirectly with defence products, technologies, or support solutions.
The course is a self-paced, stand-alone online course, completed in an independent learning environment. Access is typically granted using a work email address, and participation does not require integration with organisational systems or internal credentials beyond basic user identification.
Participants receive a structured view of the core building blocks within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), including maintenance and repair, supply support, and technical documentation and training, and how these elements form a coherent and workable system support solution.
By the end of the course, participants can recognize, specify, and evaluate practical system support solutions within defence projects.
Combining this self-study course with online or classroom-based training has been well received by customers, as it provides a comprehensive and flexible, yet time-efficient way to learn the fundamentals of the ILS philosophy through practical examples. Read more from here.
