Teemu has nearly 20 years of experience in lifecycle management across the defense and manufacturing industries, with a strong focus on Integrated Life Cycle Support (ILS), reliability, and condition monitoring.
His expertise covers strategic planning, ILS project leadership, data collection, machine learning, and advanced analytics to optimize maintenance strategies and system reliability.
He has managed international defense projects in Finland, Sweden, and South Africa, delivering results in ILS implementation, supply chain management, lifecycle cost analysis, and technical system support. His professional experience also covers extensive work with condition monitoring techniques and the development of cloud-based condition monitoring systems for large-scale data collection, analysis, and lifecycle support. In addition, his academic background includes doctoral research in mechanical and production engineering, with applied work on data-driven reliability modeling and predictive maintenance.
Teemu is skilled in aligning technical solutions with customer needs, facilitating informed decision-making, and delivering impactful training programs in both classroom and online environments. Pasi Lehtola

With over 35 years of experience in university-level teaching, research, and applied problem solving, Pasi has built deep expertise in Integrated Life Cycle Support (ILS). His background covers logical and mathematical modeling of systems and processes, optimization, simulation, and advanced data analysis.
He has contributed extensively to areas such as logistics support analysis, lifecycle cost estimation (LCC), investment calculations, supply chain efficiency, and quality management. Over his career, he has guided both students and industry professionals in applying analytical methods to real-world ILS challenges, including RAM considerations, reliability calculations, spare parts optimization, preventive maintenance planning, service life analysis, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Pasi combines academic knowledge with practical insights, making him a valued resource for organizations seeking robust analytical methods to strengthen lifecycle management and logistics support performance.

Ossi is an experienced sparring partner, coach and consultant with extensive experience supporting companies in change projects and development initiatives across several industries. His main strengths are strategic leadership and change management, and he has worked in development programmes that involve entire organizations, from management teams to employees.
In industrial programmes, these capabilities bring added value to Integrated Life Cycle Support (ILS) implementation. Change management supports the adoption of ILS processes, roles and working practices across the organization, aligns stakeholders around life cycle objectives and strengthens leadership commitment during complex defence projects.
In recent years, Ossi has focused particularly on improving management team performance and facilitating strategy processes. He also has extensive experience in executive coaching, which supports change programmes by helping key leaders understand their role as change drivers and maintain clear focus during transformation.
He is known for a direct and challenging but supportive coaching style that helps leadership teams build a shared vision, clear direction and confidence in managing change. Ossi works fluently in international environments and has participated in numerous international change management and training programmes with leaders and executives representing more than 25 nationalities.
